We love our dogs to bits but do we want to see their toys everywhere? Not really... so we bring you, Saving Saints Tidy Basket. Now if you're really clever about it you could train you dog to put the toys back when they are finished with play time. If anyone manages this please send us the video, we'd love to see!

We will dispatch your dog box within 1 to 2 working days. If you have a specific date by which you need your item delivered, please email us before ordering and we will do our best.
We will ship your parcel either standard or recorded. We have not experienced any issue shipping to our customers using our standard shipping service. However, in the unlikely event your parcel has not arrived or has arrived damaged, we will send you proof of receipt for you to make a claim with the courier. If you have any concerns, we recommend you choose the recorded shipping service option at check out.

Shipping to EU and Worldwide destinations will incur additional shipping costs, if you are outside mainland UK please email us at [email protected] for a shipping quote before placing an order.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your product we will offer a hassle free full refund or replacement if we receive your return within 14 days of purchase. Just contact us at [email protected] to arrange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and unopened in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unless the product is faulty the buyer is responsible for any return costs. We recommend keeping the receipt and shipping your return with a tracked service as we do not refund for any items lost in shipping.

While we are confident in our quality and inspection process, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, sale items, gift cards, personalised products (such as special orders or customised items including name tags, personalised bandanas etc.) We also do not accept returns for perishable items.
