Mobi is a gentle Greek Shepherd X with a heart as big as the mountains of his homeland. At just three years old, this sweet, and friendly boy has already endured terrible hardship. As a six-month-old pup, he was tied up and abandoned by shepherds who decided he wasn’t “tough enough” to guard their flocks. Hungry and confused, he wandered the streets of Nafpaktos, following people, hoping for food and affection. When he tried to seek refuge in strangers’ homes, some people reported him as a nuisance and asked the authorities to “get rid of him” Thankfully, the shelter volunteers intervened and brought Mobi to safety. Despite his trauma Mobi’s capacity for love is immense and he is still a playful boy at heart.

 He gets along beautifully with people, cats, and other dogs and every morning, we wakes and waits, watching the shelter gate in case today is the day someone finally chooses him.
