Penny is a 3 year old, medium sized, beautiful girl; kind and good with people, cats and dogs. Penny lived in a house and was in foster for about a year before being given up, so she finds shelter life especially hard. She has not managed to adapt and is worried a lot of the time, cowering in a corner to make herself look small. Life in an outdoor shelter without much human interaction is torture for her. Please help Penny get adopted into a safe, warm home.
