Conan
Description
Magnificent is the only way to describe Conan. A Greek rescue, Conan had his ears and tail cruelly cut by local shepherds (sadly, traditional practice) before being abandoned and brought to the Happy Tails Shelter in Nafpaktos, where he spent 18 months waiting for a home. A few months ago, a generous sponsor paid for this transport to the UK and Conan is now in our kennels awaiting adoption. He is a kind, gentle, giant boy (55 kilos plus) suitable for living with children aged 14 and above. He has lived with other dogs in the shelter (prefers females) and is cat tested. He is a powerful livestock guardian breed who can takes the job of looking after his people seriously. We'd especially like to hear from adopters with large, livestock breed experience and outdoor space.
